Layer folders?

Is there a way to create folders for layers in Storyline like you would in Photoshop?  I'm writing a course that will potentially have several dozens layers and I'd like to have a way to group them logically and, better than that, have a way that I could copy a folder and all the layers inside of it to make the development process faster.
