I created a lesson to introduce a new chart design for aviation charts. In three of the slides (Comparison), you can click a button to show the old chart, and then click back to the new chart.
When I test the interaction, I can repeat it many times, but I have several users who claim that they can only view the layer once.
Would you mind sharing your .story file, or just the affected slides, so we can take a closer look? Also, are your users viewing the published file via a web link or LMS?
I'm thinking this could either be an issue with the browser that the Mac users are viewing the published content with, or with the file itself, but I'll need a little more information to nail down the issue.

Hi Alison!

The issue seems to be occurring in when using a MacBook.

Do you know if the users are viewing the content with Flash or HTML5? You can read about the system requirements for each of those here.
You are more than welcome to share your file with me here, and I would be happy to do some testing on my end.
