Layer problem

I have a slide with 2 additional layers(right and wrong). I have a series of shapes they can click and then a submit button.  I have set up 2 triggers for the submit button, one for each layer.  The conditions for the right layer are set using "and", so that they can only visit that layer when ALL conditions are met.  The conditions for the wrong layer are set using "or" so that they view that layer if ANY of the conditions are met. 

Here's the problem- it works fine when I select the wrong choices.  However, when I select the correct choices it shows the wrong layer but plays the audio for both the right and wrong layers. 

I've never had a problem with this before, I even have slides set up elsewhere in the same course that work perfectly fine....PLEASE HELP!!!!!
