I created a layer with a trigger to show again when the video completes. The layer works the first time I play the video, but it doesn't appear when I click 'watch again.' I've already set the slide to reset to the initial state when revisiting.
This issue only happens when I publish the project and test it on the web. It works fine when I run it on the storyline itself. Any suggestions?

Hi Yurong, try by placing a close button on the layer and trigger to the button to "Jump to slide: this slide" and see if that works for you.
