I created a click through with layers. I made it so that when you click one of the circle, a box explaining the topic pops up. Once I click one of the circle, it fails to let me click through any others. It does not matter which circle I start with. After one click and triggered layer shows...that's it. I have done about 50 interactions like this, and this is the first time I have had this issue.
