Learner Marked incorrectly as "Successful" when failing test

Does anyone have an issue where the Learner is marked as "Successful" even though they have failed the knowledge check questions at the end (using Saba 6.1)?
The Learner failed the test on first attempt and was marked as "Unsuccessul" on the transcript. The learner then relaunches the WBT, fail the exam 2nd time, and then clicks on "Retry Quiz" to begin the 3rd attempt. When the learner clicks on the "Retry" option at end of the Knowledge Check, the third attempt was marked Successful even though the learner failed on the third attempt.
I am using Articulate Storyline 2, Update 4:1501.717
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Terri!
You may find that a course is marked Passed or Completed in your learning management system (LMS) on a learner's second quiz attempt even if they don't actually pass or complete the quiz. This issue was fixed in Update 5 for Articulate Storyline. See this article for more information.
Thank you for your advice. I will ask IT to help install the updates and test the WBT.
Sounds great Terri. Just let us know if you need any further assistance.
