Since you want to track completion based on the number of slides viewed, use the "Report status to LMS as: Completed/Incomplete" reporting setting. 

Also, you have branching slides in your course, which is preventing the learner from viewing all 15 slides. You can fix this by:

  • Setting the completion criteria to 14 out of 15 slides viewed

    OR
  • Move slide 1.14 under 1.13 so the course is linear, and the learner is forced to view both slides in order.
