If you need to track how a learner has answered quizzes and they're overall access to the course, you'll want to look at hosting in a Learning Management System (LMS). That would allow all your learners to have separate accounts in which they could access a course, track their progress and keep those details in a report that you can manage as an administrator.
Within Storyline you'll want to publish for LMS and then upload the entire published contents into your LMS for deployment to learners.
