We created training in Storyline and published it for LMS to the c drive. We then loaded it in our LMS. It appears that letters are dropping off on a few of the slides when some people view the training. Any ideas why this would happen? I've attached an example of what it looks like.
Thanks for sharing the image here and I'm sorry about the behavior you've run into. Do you know what browser the users are viewing the course in? Have you confirmed if they're taking a look at the Flash or HTML5 output (the latter is supported in these browsers)?
Also, have you looked at how it appears in preview and if you upload the published output to another environment? You could use a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content to give it a test.
Lastly we're always happy to take a look so if you'd like to share the .story file here, please feel free to do so.
They were viewing in IE11. Should not have been an issue.
The .story file is attached below.

We do have the latest update installed. I did not publish to SCORM Cloud. My company's firewall will not allow us to download that software. However, we now have Storyline 2 so I am hopeful that we will not have this issue moving forward. Thank you for your help

Hi Kathy!
I'm not seeing the same behavior when I publish your course. You can check it out here.
Please be sure that you are utilizing the latest update to Storyline 1, which is Update 10.
Did you publish/test the content via SCORM Cloud as Ashley shared above? What were the results?

Did my published output work well for you then Kathy?
SCORM Cloud is online as far as I know.
