Letting the user fast forward and rewind video with seek bar

Hi,
I have added a video from a file. I have simply loaded this into my Storyline project and then turned on changed 'allow seeking' to the layer. I was hoping this would add a seek bar to the slide and make it so users could fast forward and rewind the video.
What am I missing? From the looks of other tutorials I can add this feature but I can't find one that shows me how to do this. I am adding a guitar lesson video to storyline and I want the user to be able to keep going back to certain parts of the video to watch it again. Otherwise they have to watch the whole thing again just to see a certain part.
Thanks!

Hi Sam,
You may want to use the video controls themselves. Right click on your video and then select "Show video controls" in the Options tab, and you'll then have a video control player so that the user can use that to seek through the video.
I forgot to say thanks! big help. it was driving me nutz
Glad you were able to get some assistance Sam, thanks for the update
Hi Ashley. When I right click on my video, I do not see the Options option.. am I missing something?
Hi, Donyale.
Thank you for reaching out!
In Storyline 360, you can see the Video Options ribbon by (left) clicking the video:
Let me know if this works!
