Anyone know of a way to place a Variable on a Light box slide to prevent the user from closing it until they have viewed all of the tabs on the page? I want to have a Light box slide with a tab interaction with diefinitions but want the user to have to click each tab before they can select the red "x" to close out the Light box.
You can't selectively disable/enable the red X on the built-in lightbox. You could add your tab interaction to a layer and make it look like a lightbox. Then you have control over when this 'lightbox' can be closed.
Currently, the Close button that is used to exit lightbox slides in Storyline cannot be changed or modified.
If you'd like to request this feature, pleasesubmit your requestdirectly to our product development team. If you're looking for directions on setting up a custom lightbox as Michael suggested you'll want to review this tutorial.

Thanks for the response.
