I hope someone can help me. I created a story in Storyline2, and when I preview as an entire project or when I publish, it just speeds through in a few seconds! If I preview each individual slide, it does not do this. I am sure I am just missing a click of a box or something similar, but I have not yet been able to figure it out.
without yout storyline file it´s hard to say what you did. Did you shorten the timeline and set a trigger to advande to the next slide when the timeline ends? :)
did you import any slides in from Powerpoint? if so, these will default to 'advance automatically' in the slide properties.
If this is the case, to do a bulk change, open the file in Storyview > Ctrl A to select all slides, then in the bottom right slide property panel change the option to 'by user'.
If not, check your master slides to see if any of the layouts have triggers set up to advance when timeline ends.
No. I do not import from ppt. All of my slides are set to advance by the user. The funny thing is that even if they were set to advance when the timeline ends, my timelines for each slide is 1-2 minute long, so it advancing through the entire project in less than 5 seconds still isn't explained by this. Thanks though! :)
