Line-spacing shrinking

Aug 25, 2020

Hi!

I have a problem with line-spacing in one of my storyline files. The line-spacing shrinks everytime I click on a text in a text box. See attachment. It doesn't happen in any other storyline file that I have.

Thanks!

Hi Sofie and Euan,

I just wanted to pop in here and confirm what you're experiencing. We do have a recent bug reported where line spacing shrinks when using a custom story size and custom line spacing.

A workaround may be to try single, 1.5, or double-spacing.

I'm sorry you're both running into this issue, but the good news is we're prioritizing a fix for this. We're targeting to release it soon and will jump back in here to let you know when it's ready!

Hi Sofie and Euan!

I'm excited to share that we've released this bug fix in today's release for Storyline 360!

In Storyline 360 Update 44 (Build 3.44.23192.0), you'll find that text no longer shrinks when using a custom story size and custom line spacing!

Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

Hi Seth,

Sorry to hear you've continued to have trouble with this. As Lauren shared, there was a fix related to how text was shrinking in Update 44, so it would help to check your project and confirm if it's the same issue.

Can you share it with our Support Team? They'll be able to do some testing and work with you one on one. Of course, they'll also delete your file when they've finished testing!
