Flash Player 10 or higher for Internet Explorer is required to run Articulate Storyline. Would you like to go to a web page to download it now?

We had a previous issue that Update 8 corrected, but if you have downloaded Update 10 as the link above shares, that would correct it as well.
Please be sure that your Windows and Flash Player is up to date as well. This documentation is a good reference.
If you continue to have difficulty after updating all of the above, I would advise that you reach out to our support engineers here.
