When I add the file to a trigger ( in this case a hotspot) at first the file name is correct eg (S:\Training\E-Learning\Kaloba\GP module\GP Education Module_(Education)2.pdf) and I can view the correct file when I click the tick button on the pop-up. However once I save the whole file it converts the file name so that there are double slashes between folder and file names ( \\) rather than single \ and so then the file is unfindable. eg: S:\\Training\\E-Learning\\Kaloba\\GP module\\GP Education Module_(Education)2.pdf
Also, you mentioned the file path is S:\ but you'll want to make sure you're always working locally, as working on a network or USB drive can cause erratic behavior.
