I have a trigger that points to a URL/File location for a PDF document. The trigger works well. When I update the PDF document at that URL, however, Storyline still references the old content. (I assume this is because it has stored the original document in its "external files" folder.) Is there any way to make Storyline simply point to the file location URL so that the latest version of the PDF is always displayed?
Have you tried to clear out the browser history or cache? If it's the same exact URL it should be showing the updated content if you've linked directly to the URL instead of to a file.
Yes, I did clear caches and I tried different browsers but (surprise, surprise) I just found out that we were having a network issue. That issue was fixed last night and everything works as expected now. Sorry to bother you! :-)
