LMS app

I had an app developed that the developers created a way to upload articulate courses and play them. The purpose was so the other tools in the app could work with course completions.
Well the articulate player is not reliable. Does anyone know of an LMS platform that I could link the courses in the app to and then have that LMS report back to the app when the course was completed?? The app was created in flutter. The course are created using storyline 360.

Brian,

I'm thinking you don't have an in-house LMS you are developing for. Most will have a sandbox to test your work. You might think about the Articulate LMS. It's not that bad for testing.
