I am having an audio issue with a published storyline 360 course in workday. I did add this to Scorm Cloud and had the same issue but Scorm cloud did not find an audio issue. All slides except one has no audio or closed captioning. I have a coworking testing in our sandbox and the audio works for them. I have reviewed discussions here and tried the suggestions and reviewed workday suggestions and I am stumped. Any suggestions welcome.

Yes I did experience no audio in SCORM Cloud. (I do have to say I am not super familiar with SCORM Cloud.) I would love to share but not sure my information security policy will allow me to share internal content. I did use MP3 Audio files from audition. I did create another course in storyline and didn't have audio issues. I think I could share the review link, but the audio works when I publish to review.
