I created a course and loaded it into my companies LMS, and I am noticing some fonts and other glitches are coming up. Has anyone experienced this? If so, is there anyway to fix it? We use scorm 2004, and I spoke with our LMS support and they said it may be the different versions of web browsers. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Different web browsers can certainly cause issues with how the course behaves, and you'll see the browsers we support detailed here. Additionally you may want to look at testing the course at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for LMS Testing and you could compare that to how your course is behaving at your LMS. Also, the fonts that are having issues are they on the slide itself or within a text entry/variable reference? The latter will rely on system fonts as they cannot be embedded in the published output.
