LMS launch file

I've completed my course and am ready to upload it to an LMS. My question is, what file do I indicate as being the "launch" file? My HTML file options are:
- index_lms
- index_lms_html5
- story
- story_html5
- story_unsupported
I've read on other posts that "index_lms" is the correct file, but that made me wonder what purpose the "index_lms_html5" file servers? Just looking to make sure I'm pointing to the correct file which will also identify the type of device the learner is using and play the module appropriately.\
Thanks!

Hi M,
You'll want to use the index_lms file. The other one is what will open when a user accesses the course on a device that doesn't support Flash. If you point to the index_lms file Storyline will handle identifying this as described here.
Hi M!
If your LMS requires that you identify a single launch file once you've uploaded your content, the file to point to is index_lms.html.
When learners launch your course, they'll automatically see the right type of content based on the device and browser they're using:
You can find more information about publishing for an LMS here.
Excellent! Thanks!
No problem M! Glad to assist.
