LMS Launch Message Error

Hello -- I have developed content in SL3 and published with SCORM 2004 for LMS Output for a few courses with no issues. Now, we are experiencing an error with the course launch/complete. Multiple windows are popping up to launch the course, and once the course is "Submitted" it shows an orange launch button and then an LMS error message. It marks the course as complete on the user's transcript, but it is very confusing for the end user. This hasn't happened before and I don't recall saving it any differently. Not sure if this is an LMS issue or an articulate/content issue. The additional screens are attached. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Correction: The document says "Next" but should say "Submit".
Hi Sara,
That does sound confusing.
Are you able to replicate this issue when the content is uploaded to SCORM Cloud or could you share the .story file so that we can test there?
I am experiencing the same issue. I am developing in SL2 and publishing with SCORM 1.2. Is there a solution?
Hi Erin,
It looks like Sara worked in a case with my colleague, and within her files she had the option “Launch player in a new window (creates launch page)” selected. That’s why the course is opening a launch window before opening the course itself.
Have you checked your player settings to see if that is enabled?
Let me know if you need anything else!
Thank you! Yes, that resolved the issue.
