In our LMS, tracking / bookmarking of courses is not happening properly for storyline 360 published course. We have not faced this issue while using Storyline 1 & 2.
For first time course book marking / tracking is happening until reach to Result slide. After reached result slide, then tracking and bookmarking is not working.
In SCORM Cloud, it is working fine but not in our LMS.
But our LMS not supporting SCORM2004, Sometimes it is working fine and some
times not.
In result slide, not able to select any button always showing loading
symbol. And the errors are given below:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined
at AddTime (scormapi.js:436)
at TotalTime (scormapi.js:485)
at StoreData (scormapi.js:564)
at SCORMapi1
