LMS reporting Incomplete besides getting 100%

Hi All,

I was wondering if you can help, currently when passing the quiz at 100% (10 questions) SCORMCloud is still showing the completion as Incomplete.

I have seen online that others are having similar issues but no real concreted fix has been found/shared, I have tried changing from Passed/Incomplete to Passed/Failed to no avail.

Looking at SCORMCloud Debug file I can see all answers are registered and added up to equal 100% (100)

Please note: This is a standard module we build and using the settings we've done so on other previous modules and this is the first time I've come across this. Also the code below the text in bold is showing as red in the debug file.

Any help will be massively appreciated.
