Is it possible to publish a storyline project to the LMS such that when the learner clicks the course again, he is taken directly to the quiz, and can skip the content altogether?
(I am not referring to the Retake Quiz button in the Results Slide.)
There isn't a built in feature within Storyline that would allow you to do this, but you could set up the method Justin describes in the screenr below to skip the content slides on the review - and you'll just want to set your Resume behavior to "Always" so that on any revisit they'll be able to navigate through just the quiz slides and the variables will still be valid.
