For Storyline 360, who can I retrieve the LMS settings after publishing? Is it possible to find the information in the SCORM ZIP file?
Use Case: My collegue published a SL360 course using specific LMS settings that I do not know. I have some issues in my LMS. I would like to know which LMS settings have been used at the publish step.
To see which settings were used when publishing the course, you would need access to the original .story file, then go to Publish > LMS > Reporting and Tracking. Another option would be to double-check with the colleague who published the course.
You may also be able to find some helpful information in the E-Learning Heroes community by sharing which LMS you use and what issues you're running into.
