Hello! Me and my team are currently testing Articulate360 using the free trial. Unfortunately all of us have LogIn issues most of the time. Even though each of us is typing in the right email address and password we get the message that one of both is invalid.
So sorry to hear that your facing issues logging in. Is your username and password the same with the one you use to log in to this website? Can you try to login to 360.articulate.com to double check? If you were able to login to the portal, i would suggest reaching out to the support team to further investigate the matter. You can submit a case report here:
