Does anyone offer private, virtual 1:1 sessions to assist with Troubleshooting? Specifically have a complex interactive quiz that is not correctly counting a numeric variable, which is affecting the ability to pass the assessment when a specific value in the number variable is reached. My team has already tried reaching out to Articulate support and have been working with them, but still not able to resolve.

Based on your description, you might want to go immediately to the Right Values section. At about the 35-minutes point, there's an example of what can go wrong with counting numeric variables.
