This content works seamlessly in articulate 2. Without changing anything else, except publishing in HTML only, it fails in articulate 3. I have reviewed all the triggers and submissions and it seems to be exactly the same in both courses. What am I missing?
The troubling part is the "launch pad page," the next slide after the pretest and/or learner selects the chapters to complete and it does not progress beyond that. The slide that fails is 18.2. The file attaches is from AS3. I can upload the AS2 version if that helps at all.
My eyes say there were jump to slide triggers for all 4 buttons. I changed them all to jump to scene triggers and still nothing. When testing and failing any of the questions in the pre-test it shows which modules I have to complete but nothing happens when I click on the button.
Only when all 4 chapters are true (either passing the pretest or completing the chapters) does the next button become clickable.
Thanks for sharing that file! This issue is tricky indeed, so I've opened a case on your behalf for one of our support engineers to dig in and see what could be causing the problem with the launchpad slide not progressing correctly.
After the upgrade, have you tried importing the slides into a blank template to see if that resolves the issue? Give that a shot, and in the meantime, be on the lookout for a response soon!

Hi Sara!
Thanks for attaching your course! I see what you're saying.
It looks like there aren't any triggers that move the user to the slide attached to each button on 18.2.
In this case, I suggest adding a trigger that says "Jump to Scene " when user clicks each button.
Please let me know if I can provide more information!
Thanks Lauren,

Thanks, should I import from the AS2 version to a blank AS3 or from the "not working" AS3 to a "clean" AS3 file?
Hey there, Sara!
After upgrading the file to Storyline 3, I would import those slides into a fresh Storyline 3 file. Keep us posted on how that goes, and our team will be in touch shortly!
