I have a few main menu questions. I reordered some slides/scenes in my presentation and when I do a preview the main menu feature still has them listed out of order. Also there are some "test" slides that I do not want to show up in the main menu. Can I do chapters?

You can also delete slides that you do not want to display in the menu, and you can read more about that here.
