Without seeing your file, here's a simplified example of how you may be able to accomplish this task:
The initial state of your button could be hidden or disabled with a trigger to adjust the state to Normal when your media completes or the timeline ends.
Your Next button will only be visible when its timeline is active. By default, the timeline for a new component is aligned to the base timeline, however you have the flexibility to change the start and finish points of timelines for individual items to suit your needs.
If you drag the start point of your Next button timeline to the end of your narration timeline, the button will not appear until the narration is complete. Note that if your Next button is made up of several components (e.g. rectangle, arrow, text etc) you will need to drag the start point of each of these components to the same position. You can also change the end point of your Next button or the base timeline if you need to do so.
I didn't realise that Leslie was also replying at the same time. Either option will work, but the staff answer from Leslie gives you the option to switch the button on and off with triggers whenever you wish to do so.
