I have a slide with several layers, each of which is triggered by the learner clicking the relevant button. The layer contains more details about each topic with an image and a text box. I don't want them to be able to click NEXT to jump to the next slide until they've clicked all the boxes. How do I suppress that trigger until all the layers have been displayed? I tried setting up a T/F variable but I couldn't figure out how to tie that variable to the buttons. Thanks.

Hi Christopher - you can use Storyline's built-in triggers to evaluate when all objects have been clicked. Here's a good tutorial: https://community.articulate.com/articles/require-learners-to-click-all-objects-before-continuing
I didn't notice your source file! I updated your file to:

Yes, that's it. Thanks! I'm still getting used to using states.
The tutorial is what I was looking for, but I guess I wasn't using the right search terms.
