I work for a software company and am creating videos with screenshots. I am struggling with the best way to format the screenshot so they stand out a bit and aren't so flat and boring. I figured some of you may have some suggestions on things you do to "jazz up" your screenshots. Of course, there are always the drop shadows but was trying to go for something a little more visually interesting since there will be quite a few of them.

There was a weekly eLearning challenge a while ago, that dealt with screenshots. That might be worth a look, see here.
