I have several markers on a screen and they are placed in strategic places to highlight a feature of a product. When one of them opens it runs off the page or screen so not all of the text is visible. I cannot move it because it is placed over the feature of the product. I prefer not to put an arrow in because none of the other features with markers have arrows. Is there a way to move the bubble to the other side?

If you click and hold on the outline of the marker bubble, you can drag it to a new position. Take a peek at the gif below for reference:
