Marker not working in Articulate 360 when published.

Can you tell me more about what's happening with your Storyline 360 markers? 

You mentioned they don't work when you publish for LMS or Web. Have you hosted the output file on a LMS or web server to test it?

What exactly happens when you click on the marker?

Hi. Yes, the file is hosted on the LMS currently. When I mouse over the marker, nothing happens. It is supposed to open a short description. I am attaching a screenshot of the marker I am using.

Thanks for sharing that image. It appears that this is while you're editing the file, did you test clicking on the marker versus the hover as Alyssa suggested? The markers can be set to show the description on hover or click, so it would be good to test both.

If you're still stuck, can you share a copy of the .story file here with us? That way our team can help with testing too! 

Hi, Yes, I have tried clicking on the marker as well as the hover. Neither seems to work. I am attaching the file for your review. It works in the story file, just not when posted LMS

Thank you for sharing your .story file and allowing us to take a look.

I published the single slide for ease of testing but did not run into any issue with the published file here.

I then published the entire file and I'm seeing the same behavior you are reporting.

I will get this reported to our team to take a closer look.
