Markers disappear from ribbon

I am not sure why this is happening. In some of my files, I do not see markers in the ribbon. All I see is empty circles with no markers on them. Now this is only in some of my story files - not in all. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Payal,

That is strange - I haven't seen it before. What happens if you import the story into a new file? And you may already be familiar with it, but here is our article on troubleshooting unexpected behavior. Let us know if that helps resolve it...
