I have placed several markers on a slide and formatted them, however when I go back to type data in the text boxs, they are no longer there. Should they appear when I click on the marker or hover over them?
Are your markers still visible, just not the textboxes? If you're editing your Storyline file, you should be able to click on the marker and it will bring the text box back for you to type into. You can click either on the marker image on your slide, or where the marker appears in the timeline.
Oddly enough I was able to insert markers on other slides, with the text box displaying when I hovered on each marker. After about an hour of frustration, I rebooted the software and all is now well. I was able to view and edit my text boxes.
