Over the last few years, we have been doing a lot a courses using two narrators. It was a real challenge to get the audio levels consistent between the two narrators not only within each slide, but across slides and across courses.
The only satisfactory solution that I found was to use audio leveling software developed for the broadcasting industry. There are several different options out there, but I have purchased Auphonic Leveler and am really happy with it. (You can test how it works on your audio at their web site at https://auphonic.com/ ) It saves me hours of manual adjusting and well worth the cost.
