If it's Drag-and-Drop with 2 answers that you need help with, as per this Tutorial:
Each drag item can be matched to only one drop target.
On the other hand, each drop target can be assigned to more than one drag item—i.e., you can drop multiple items into the same target.
Here's a workaround from Rebecca Fleish Cordeiro, one of our super Heroes:
If one option has 2 answers, that's the part where it gets a bit tricky, please follow the instructions on the links in my very first answer regarding drag and drop with 2 answers.

Based on the screenshot you showed, the simplest way to do it would be through the built In Drag and Drop interaction:
1. Go to Slides, then click on Graded Question
2. A window pops up, go and select Matching Drag and Drop and Click Insert Slide
3. Enter the choice (red box) and the match (yellow box) in their respective columns.
