Maximizing slide size

Hello
I would like to maximize slide size for any screen. I have visited the player options and the Story Size options but still cannot get the image to be as large as I think it can be. I am aware that Storyline will create borders around the slide. I understand that the size of the slide will be constrained by the available height of the screen.
So... unless there are other options, I believe it would be good if storyline could open in a new window AND also remove the browser menus. That would give extra height and therefore extra width. How could I get storyline to do this?
Is this a good idea? If not are there (simpler) alternatives?
Thanks
Andrew

Hmm you could edit the JS and CSS to remove some of those items.
We also have a free widget will enable the learner to put the course into fullscreen mode. https://elearningenhanced.com/products/fullscreen-articulate-storyline
Thanks a lot - but hacking code is not really an option for many reasons - I will take a look at the full-screen mode widget.
Cheers
