I've seen immense file sizes–software from all walks of life, and it depends on your system and how well it can handle that type of content. Be sure to check out Storyline 360's System Requirements to ensure your machine is running the minimum requirements, at least. What size(s) are your .mp4 files, and how many are you looking to have on a single project? I don't see a hard limit on a video or .story file size. We have, however, recommended hosting large videos externally and embedding them as web videos or web objects into Storyline.
