May 16 2019 SL3 Crashing and Save Taking Forever

I started editing a file today in SL3. This is first edit since the May 6th upgrade. File takes forever to open. File takes forever to save. File crashed out and closed SL3. I got error message that the file could not save as there was "not enough room on the disk" but I dont save to C: drive, only to D/ I did however clean up the C drive but the problem remains. Here is an image of the file folder I am saving to along with an attachment of the file itself. Note that I have NEVER had an issue with this file until this last update. Please help.

May 17th - files taking over ten minutes to save (small 10k ones!!!). Nuts.
