Hi Tom, do you mean how do you access the media library via Storyline? If so, just go to the View tab, and you will see the Media Library. If this isn't what you are looking for, can you add some more detail to your question. Thanks.
If you're asking about the files in the published output, the media library is not included there but you can find the media files inside the 'story_content' folder of your published output.

The media library is in the storyline file. The viewer loads the media folders into the dialogue box.
