my Storyline 360 crashes each time I try to open 'Media Library' in 'View' tab. It starded to happened after latest update of Articulate 360 several days ago. OS Windows 10 Pro
Does it do this in every .story or just the one you had open in the video?
It does it in every story:
I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstall. Give it a clean fresh, start.
Only that one course:
There is probably some sort of corruption on an a specific asset in the library. There is a possibility someone in the Articulate support staff "might" be able to remedy it in the original file. Send an email with the file attached to support@articulate.com and see if they can spot it.
