Does it do this in every .story or just the one you had open in the video?

  1. It does it in every story:

    I'd recommend uninstalling, then reinstall.   Give it a clean fresh, start.


  2. Only that one course:

    There is probably some sort of corruption on an a specific asset in the library.   There is a possibility someone in the Articulate support staff "might" be able to remedy it in the original file.   Send an email with the file attached to support@articulate.com and see if they can spot it.
