Hi Stephen,

Thanks for sharing your file and detailing what you're experiencing! There wasn't a play button or a trigger added in the file originally, so I just changed the option to play video When clicked.

I tested your file in SCORM Cloud and the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and IE 11. I was able to see the autoplay popup appear and the closed captions box in every browser.

Can you verify you're on the latest versions of those browsers? I'm curious as to why you're missing those items!

Edge Version 86.0.622.38 (Official build) (64-bit)
Chrome Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
IE Version 11.1518.17763.0

Today, when I went and checked my course in SCORM cloud, the CC button is there using Edge.

The Play button does not play the animation in any browser.

My cc file is set to start showing captions at 0 seconds.
Toggling the captions button does not show captions.

Hi Stephen,

Happy to help here!

I reviewed the file provided, and I was running into the same behavior. I previewed the course in Storyline and noticed that the video wasn't playing. When I checked the settings for the video, it looks like it was set to Play Video: When Triggered

Since there are no triggers set to play the video, it would not start when reviewing the course. If you add a trigger to Play Media when the timeline starts or adjust the video options to Automatically, this should allow the video to play.

Here is what happened when I adjusted that setting above.

If those adjustments continue not to play the video on your end, please let us know! We are happy to help.
