If I'm adding more content in menu items it shows the limited items and remaining is hidden, the scrolling is working on web version but not working for ipad.
I have verified the player.css file it's having the option for touch scroll, but its not working for me.
Once you've finished installing the update, please republish and test your course on the iPad. If the problem continues after installing the update, or if you already have Update 3 installed, please let me know.

Please give me a suggestion for this issue.
Thanks,

I am having the same issue, the scroll works fine on a PC but not on the iPad.
I have tried both Safari and Chrome. I am running on iOs7 i don't know if that could have an impact.
Any idea what could be wrong?
It seems the issue has been resolved in previous updates (as suggested by Christine above) but maby came back again?
Hi Alexis. We are aware that there are some issues with iOS7 that didn't occur in previous versions of iOS. I would recommend submitting your issue to our support team so we can let you know when we have an update for this issue. If you have a specific STORY file that demonstrates what is happening, it would be great if you could share it with us.
We have not yet released an update that addresses the issues Justin referenced regarding iOS7. When we do have an update, we'll update the forums threads here, and you can also follow along with our Word of Mouth blog for updated information. You're also welcome as Justin mentioned to share your .story file with our Support team so that they can keep you posted.

Hi.
Can anyone help me with the same problem?
I found this post which describes the same problem I'm having. This post was from Nov 2013. Have you fixed the problem yet?
I understand you're running into a similar issue where you're unable to scroll in an iPad. When viewing HTML5 content in mobile Safari on the iPad, you'll want to use two fingers to scroll through content in scrolling panels and the menu. Are you able to try this out and let us know if this works for you in your project?
If not, are you able to share your project .STORY file here, or share it with us privately using the link Justin and Ashley provided earlier?

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Arun!
First, can you tell me what version of Storyline you're using, please? To find this information, click on "Help" and "About Articulate Storyline".
If you're not running version 3 (1305.2012), please download and install the update using the link below:
Articulate - Storyline Update 3
Once you've finished installing the update, please republish and test your course on the iPad. If the problem continues after installing the update, or if you already have Update 3 installed, please let me know.
Thanks very much!
Christine

Hi,
I´m having the same issue - the scroll doesn´t work on my iPad.
I have tried Internet Explorer, Safari and Goggle Chrome and neither is working.
Have you solved the problem yet?
Thanks,
Maria
