Menu on a new project

Good morning!  I've created a project with 8 test banks.  The test draws questions from each bank at random.  I've added a menu to the side of the player so that the user can jump around to different test banks during the test.  However, the menu is only displaying the first two test banks as an option to click on.  I've run through the test and it is still pulling questions from all the banks.  How can I fix it so the rest of the test banks show up in the menu?
