Microsoft Teams

Sep 01, 2022

Hello, we are trying to link our published storyline file into our Microsoft Teams Channel for the class we are hosting. We published the storyline file online like you would for others reviewing the content. In Teams we clicked add a tab and then add a website and used the URL from the storyline review file. It all works wonderfully except that there is a black banner at the bottom that says "unsupported browser" and that black banner gets in the way of the "next" and "previous" buttons which doesn't allow the user to move forward. I was able to get it to go away on my Teams but I don't know how I did it. It just seemed to finally disappear after I clicked. My colleagues though can't get it to go away. Does anyone know a solution to this? It would be so great if our class participants could view the storyline file right there in the Teams app but if not they can always click to view in the browser. Thanks for your help! Image attached for reference.
