Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. I created a Storyline file that my coworker is viewing on Internet Explorer. When doing so, the letter F is missing in the text. This only happens when viewing the file on IE, no issues in Chrome or Edge. Any ideas on what's causing this and how to fix? Our learners have a variety of browsers available and we can't control which browser they use to view this information.
I tried to replicate your issue by creating one slide with some words that has a 'f' alphabet in it. I published in Articulate review and checked in IE and I could see the words correctly. I have the IE ver 11.615.17763.0. What is the ver that you have?
Thank you Sajna for your reply. I do not know what version of IE the user has but I will check into that. After some further searching, I found another conversation string about this issue and it seems to be a problem with the Articulate product and certain fonts. Also going to try to change the font and see if that takes care of the issue. The font I was using is Open Sans.
That is odd behavior that you are seeing. I created my own file with that font selected and the words appeared correctly after reviewing in IE.
If I could have you try a simple repair, this should resolve the issue you are seeing. Just as a reference, also be sure to work locally when creating, editing, and publishing courses.
