Hello. I recently took over the license from my coworker on SL2. He had access to a pack of photographic characters but I only have the single default character. Shouldn't the characters that my company purchased have transferred with the license?
I already have the default character. And when I click on the link to get more characters, I'm taken to a page that tells me packs are no longer available for Storyline 2. But my coworker who held the license before me already had the character pack. He just can't find it anywhere.
The character bundle for SL2 was a separate install and serial number. Did your colleague share that with you? If you need help tracking it down, please reach out to our Customer Care team and they can help!
