Hi All, I use Articulate Storyline as part of LMS training and am struggling to get content to play on an IPad. I've downloaded the Player app, what I'm having difficulty with is identifying the launch URL for initial play: https://community.articulate.com/series/articulate-mobile-player/articles/viewing-content. Does anyone have advice / hints or tips on this? Any feedback, gratefully received!
You will need to e-mail a published link (story.html) to your users in order for them to open the file on the iPad.
Email the launch URL to your mobile device or add it to a web page for easy access, then launch the URL in your mobile browser. It'll briefly open your mobile browser, then it'll immediately launch the content in the Articulate Mobile Player app.

Have you worked with your LMS team on this? Sounds like you've published the content, but you need to get those files loaded to your LMS so that it can be distributed. This differs for each LMS.
At the end of the documentation shared above, there is a bit about uploading the content, but again, it can be unique for each, so your LMS team would be best to assist you.
Thanks for the response. I have already uploaded and shared on the LMS. I'll take a look at the article as it mentions the Tin Can API and I'll contact our LMS provider for advice - thanks again!
